Equal Opportunities Policy
Sublix aims to deal with customers, workers, suppliers and partners fairly, respectfully and without unlawful discrimination.
Policy scope: this policy supports fair business conduct. It does not replace any specific legal, employment or procurement requirement that may apply to a particular contract or workplace.
Our approach
- We aim to treat people fairly regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
- We do not knowingly accept abusive, discriminatory or hateful wording, symbols or artwork for custom products.
- We aim to provide clear, respectful communication for schools, colleges, universities, clubs, shops and event organisers.
Design and order handling
- Customers are responsible for checking that names, numbers, wording and artwork are accurate and appropriate before production.
- Sublix may refuse work that appears discriminatory, unlawful, offensive or likely to damage another person’s rights or reputation.
Raising concerns
If you believe a Sublix communication, product design request or order process has not met this policy, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.
