Terms and order information
This page gives general order information for Sublix enquiries. Specific prices, artwork approvals, delivery details and product requirements should be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
For now, please use written quotes. Do not treat any website page as a final offer, delivery promise or confirmed specification until Sublix has confirmed the details by email.
Quotes and approvals
- Share the sport, garment type, quantities, sizes, colours, logo files and deadline when requesting a quote.
- Artwork, colour references and product details should be checked before production is approved.
- Any change requested after approval may affect price, timing or availability.
Custom artwork and logos
Customers should only provide logos, names, sponsor artwork or club marks that they have permission to use. Sublix may ask for clearer files or written confirmation before production.
Delivery, returns and corrections
Delivery or collection details should be agreed as part of the written quote. Returns, corrections or replacements for customised goods are handled against the approved order details and any written agreement for that order.
