Terms and Conditions

These terms explain the general order process for Sublix custom sportswear and related products. A quotation, invoice, artwork approval or written order confirmation may add more specific terms for a particular order.

Custom orders: personalised and made-to-order products require careful approval before production. These terms do not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Enquiries and quotations

  • Prices, delivery charges, taxes, payment terms and estimated timelines will be confirmed in the relevant quotation or invoice where applicable.
  • A quotation is not a confirmed order until Sublix accepts the order and any required payment or deposit has been received.
  • Estimated timelines are given in good faith and may depend on artwork approval, stock, production capacity, shipping and other factors outside Sublix’s direct control.

Artwork approval

  • Customers must check all artwork, colours, logos, sponsor details, spellings, names, numbers, sizes and quantities before approval.
  • Digital artwork is a guide. Small differences in colour, scale, placement or finish can occur because of screen settings, fabric, print method and production tolerance.
  • Customers must only supply artwork, logos, badges, sponsor marks and brand references that they own or have permission to use.

Changes, cancellations and returns

  • Changes may not be possible once artwork is approved, materials are prepared or production has started.
  • Because custom goods are made to approved specifications, cancellation and return rights may be restricted once an order is confirmed or production begins.
  • This does not affect rights relating to faulty goods, goods not as described or other rights that apply by law.

Delivery and risk

  • Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.
  • Customers should provide accurate delivery details and check parcels promptly when they arrive.
  • Any shortage, damage or obvious error should be reported as soon as reasonably possible with supporting photos where relevant.

Refusal of work

Sublix may refuse or stop work on designs or orders that appear unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, unsafe or likely to infringe another person’s rights.
